The purpose of this project was to construct a monumental stair design for a commercial space of the clients choosing. My client chose to have a 1920's inspired hotel to be designed. I pulled inspiration from the dramatic and glamourous aesthetic from 1920's architecture. The overall scale and dramatic nature of the stair case that I constructed allows for the lobby of the hotel to be the focal point of the space.
