The purpose of this Construction Document Set project is to promote the importance of
fundamental industry standard documentation utilizing best practices. The subject of the project will utilize a mixed use retail & residential project that has been program developed by a previous underclass student. Students have been assigned one of the five design development packets from the INTR-124 space planning class to study and transform the project into a comprehensive set of
documents.
